Presenter #1: Tim Jeffcoat, Director, SBA
Tim is the Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration in Houston. He oversees the delivery of SBA programs and services in Houston and the surrounding 32 counties of Texas. In addition, he has made several presentations on crowdfunding. In May 2013, Tim was nominated for the SBA IKE Award in the category of Most Valuable Player.
Presenter #2: Rita Leader – Corporate Attorney (retired) and SCORE Mentor
Rita is an attorney who has practiced corporate law for over 26 years representing individual entrepreneurs, small corporations, large publicly held corporations and venture capitalists. She specializes in the field of corporate finance and securities, while providing general business representation to her clients.
