Houston OTC this year was held in May 2nd thru the 5th. People all over the world was looking forward to feel the ambiance of petroleum headquarter of the world. The energy price which tumbled two years ago have given a good shake to the industry. Cancelled contracts, postponed projects, workforce reduction and laying off are some symptoms which took over the aura of energy industry globally. Monday of the OTC gave that glimpse of hope.
