1. Track your effort
The most common problem for entrepreneurs especially the ones still struggling is the lack of tracking effort. Entrepreneurs start their endeavor for many reasons. Some were laid off. Some won a lottery. Some were encouraged by friends or media. When the clock starts, entrepreneurs can easily lose track of time. Wake up at nine. Snooze until ten. Breakfast until eleven. Go to the gym, because the health magazine says exercise is important, until noon. Then continue on to lunch until one. Finish Family Feud show until one thirty. Start working at two after a fresh shower. At four, it is time to cook because the family will be ready to eat at six. In total, you only work two hours a day. Track your effort. Work uninterrupted at least eight hours a day.
2. Keep your promise
Things happen. Flat tire before leaving the driveway. Gas tank indicator chimes on the dashboard. You spill coffee on your way out. But, those cannot become constant problem. Your potential customers make enough money to hire you because they set aside any issues that might be on their way. That includes clearing their schedule to meet with you. If you agree to an eight o’clock meeting, then use all your power to be there by eight. The worst thing in keeping your promises is you will get a purchase order.
